Bought a brand new townhouse and after we moved in, we realized that some of the appliances had installation issues. Hello, Just wanted to Thank Joseph and Roy for the great job they did and how professional and thorough they were. We had a fairly high end dishwasher installed a number of years ago that worked well for the first three years or so, but since then we have had endless problems. Over the years and under warrantee, the factory service techs could not figure out the problem… they replaced almost everything in the machine, including the motor, pump and control panel and redid the plumbing and power once each. It finally quit altogether and now being off warrantee we bought a new one. Han, did the install quickly and efficiently. However the new machine didn’t work and was throwing the same error codes as the old machine. Joseph and Roy worked on it and quickly found a blockage in the drainage hose, nothing to do with the machine or their install, probably the reason the old machine had so many problems and eventually failed. They stayed on for probably a couple of hours longer than needed to make sure the machine did a full cycle before they left. This was on a Saturday night away from their families and over dinner time. The machine continues to function flawlessly. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend Han’s services and if you are lucky you might get Joseph and Roy!!

Outstanding service inside the office and out in the field!
Earlier this month we needed to help a past client that had a faulty step value that was installed by another company which was unable to provide immediate service.
We wanted to help our past client out ASAP because the issue required gas to their stove being shut off and they were a family with children.
We had worked with Han Appliance on other projects so called them to see if they could provide immediate assistance.
Glenda in the office was super friendly, listened to our needs, reached out to her service team to see if they could assist us ASAP (within 2-hours of our call) and their service fellow was excellent with the homeowners and took care of the repair/replacement like a true professional.
Would Hire Them Again Anytime!
I contacted Han Appliances twice (1. garburator 2. dishwasher) regarding issues with the appliances. I was scheduled within the same day. They were able to determine the user error and corrected the problem. The technician did not charge for the service call and advised us on our error as a preventative. Han appliances is an outstanding company and would not hesitate to use again.
I purchased a new fridge from Trail Appliances, who arranged a hook up of the water line through Han Appliances. Although our initial booking was for a Friday, they called us when they had an appointment earlier in the week become available to see if we wanted it. They provided a 1 hour window for arrival, but also called to let us know that there was an accident so they may be late. The men that were here were mindful of the fact that they were in someone’s home, they referred to me by name the whole time they were here, and removed their shoes before entering our home. They let me know as they worked the parts required and costs so there were no surprises at the end. They noticed that the fridge was not level, the one handle not installed properly, nor were the doors at exactly the same height so they took the time to adjust all of those things. We’ve never had a fridge with water/ice, and they answered all my questions no matter how ridiculous they may have been. Really happy with the service today, and would call on them should we need service in the future.
Had Joseph and Roy back on Friday to install 5 new appliances. I must admit I was worried about the state of my relatively new kitchen and I am fussy. ( sorry guys, I know I am a pain!)
However we couldn’t have asked for two more professional individuals. They were not only confident ( which really is a good thing!) skilled, and careful, they also have integrity and pride in their work. I know they went above and beyond what one might expect.
It was mentioned by someone else that Han is expensive. True. But as far as we are concerned, you get what you pay for. And we are delighted with a first class job. Thank you, Joesph and Roy. And Han Appliances….I hope you pay well because these gentlemen are the backbone of your business!

On very short notice, I was able to have Han Appliances attend our home to install a gas appliance, knowing that there was a problem with the previously existing gas hookup. At the end of what had been a long day for them, Joseph and Jay, cheerfully went about the job, explaining what was being done and making sure we knew what was going on. Han had looked after the gas permit, and the job was completed quickly and properly. We are very pleased with how Han appliances quickly responded to our request, and with how the work was done. Will not hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

Save yourself the grief of screwing up the install and having a water leak or damaging your new appliances, cabinetry, etc because you will ! So happy we utilized Han Appliance to take care of us.
